System & Application scope

This configuration variable determines whether Tango Server allows the execution of JavaScript in Tango Server (that is, JavaScript delineated with the <@SCRIPT> tag or using the Script action). For more information, see Chapter 17 of the User's Guide.

Note: This is different from JavaScript that is passed onto and executed by the Web browser using the <SCRIPT> HTML tag, which is not affected by this configuration variable.

A system scope value of off for this configuration variable overrides an application scope value of on. For more information, see "Tango Applications" in Chapter 24 of the User's Guide.

Valid values are on and off.
